Rhonda hails from New York City where she began her career as a cabaret singer in Manhattan nightclubs. She is regularly praised for her smooth vocals and savvy interpretation of well chosen jazz and pop classics.  She has a penchant for seamless genre blending and finding wonderful less familiar repertoire. Whether swinging straight ahead, a la gypsy, or singing cabaret, her approach is modern, fresh, obscuring musical boundaries.  Rhonda is a fellow of the Yale Cabaret Conference, founding President of the MN Chapter of the Jazz Vocal Coalition, and a founding member of TCCAN.
